Designers and arty people are Apple-minded folk but there is a sense of geeky-ness there too because Macs are less susceptible to computer viruses! When my PC gives up the ghost I'm going Apple. Husband has one and is waiting for me to follow suit.

i was a diehard pc user....5 years ago, i switched, and omg. it CHANGED MY LIFE. can you really say that about a pc? i haven't ever heard anyone say that a pc changed their life. but my mac did. and i've dropped it....wow. 100'S OF TIMES and it still works perfectly. 5 years later. so last week, i got an imac. and it's like heaven. trying to convince my parents. it's crazy, but switching...you'll be so so so happy, you will realize why you even were hesitating. it's well worth the difference in price. my computer has NEVER crashed, no blue screen of death, i never had to buy a new computer cause mine was a goner, never had to reformat the drive. never had a virus. never had any issues with any of the programs. MAC=ANGEL of GOD. lol! anyway, my two cents! :) when i love something, i spread the word baby!!!! :) just like you! ;)

oh, and the laptop i still love is a white macbook. go for it. it's the toughest bit&#@ on the block :)

I have an option in my blog to hold for approval all comments on posts more than two weeks old, or something like that. That keeps me from having to approve every comment, but it also seems to keep the spammers out.
