Funny, I was just talking about Fairyland with LinseyK this morning.

We love Fairyland, it hasn't changed since I was a kid. I'm glad the new additions seem to be in keeping with the whole vintage feel of the place because to me, that's part of the appeal.

We just went a few weeks back, but I really want to check out that new gate!

fairlyand is looking good + it is a wonderful experience. it's big enough to keep the whole family entertained, especially if you watch the puppet show + the playhouse show (the new playhouse is huge + not not vintage looking. they built it over the seal show pool.

Those are great photos!!! Would love to visit it some day.

We're already working on our next trip. It'll be in November for our son's big 14th birthday. Probably hit Pittsburgh for the weekend, do the malls, museums, etc.. Of course, no birthday for a teenage boy would be complete without a dinner at Hooters.

mod*mom, we love Children's Fairyland too! We were there in early July and the kids had a blast, as always. I guess the fairy music farm wasn't open at the time, so we'll just have to go back :)

BTW if you like this kind of low-key amusement park, you should check out Nut Tree in Vacaville. My kids loved it and I think your daughter would too. Go to my review site www.bonggafinds.blogspot.com, I'm hosting a giveaway for tickets to the theme park!
