Well, since I have limp hair, it was recommended that I look for products with silk proteins and vitamin B5. For conditioners, I love the sound of avocado and evening primrose oil. I thought it was really interesting to think of avocado as an ingredient for hair. It's been touted lately as good for health in general so it just makes sense that it would be beneficial to hair health also. soy proteins & vitamin B5 would be great for my limp hair! I like the use of natural ingrediants such as aloe vera, vitamins, essential oils, and plant oils instead of harsh ingredients. The John Masters products sound like a refreshing change from what I have used in the past.
