This is a fabulous company! We don't homeschool, but we read several books a day and this company has something for everyone in our family. These are books we won't outgrow. Herb,The Vegetarian Dragon has to be the most intriguing. It's hard to pick. I love riddles too.

I love the "Map of the World" Play Scene with the stickers! It's so international!
And living in London, it's fun for my son to learn where his grandparents live, where his friends live, etc. and to see it all on a map!

My favorite is the new book on adoption Motherbridge of Love. My son loves it because it tells a beautiful story of two mothers: a tummy mama and an adoptive mama.

I love barefoot books international and mulitcultural coverage and would love to add to our collection, as we have one child from Russia and are adding another from Guatemala this summer/fall.

We love The Prince's Bedtime. Such a sweet story. I won't spoil the ending for those who haven't read it...but a worthy read for sure!

"We All Went On Safari" is my son's favorite counting book that daddy brought home for him from Africa. And I just noticed they have "We're Sailing Down the Nile." I must invest in that one, too! The illustrations are exquisite!

I have never heard of this company, but after looking at the site, it looks like they have some great books! One of my favorites on the site is Star Seeker. This is an obvious favorite for me since I love looking at the star. The illustrations in this book are amazing. Thanks.

I have never heard of this company before now but will be looking into it thanks to you! The books look amazing and the illustrations are simply beautiful. Off hand I think my favorite would be "We're Sailing to Galapagos" because my best friend is a Avian / Marine Biologist and she is always sending pictures of the places she goes. My daughter loves to look at the exotic animals she sends in pictures and asks questions about where they are from. What a fantastic set this is!

fave book is Whole World because it teaches diversity (which my family has) and working together to save the world. My family is trying to live green so this book would be perfect! The princes bedtime looks great too!

I don't think we own any Barefoot Books yet, but the catalog looks super. The Boy Who Grew Flowers sounds great, and I love the sample pages. My daughter is only 11 months old, but has started a strong love affair with books already. How cool!

Thank you for sending me in the direction of this company! Every book is gorgeously illustrated, and the range of tales is so broad. My fave is Motherbridge of Love, a poem about adoption. Really incredibly stunning. I just might get this for my pastor's wife. They've adopted two children from China, and are extraordinary at combining both the Eastern & Western worlds in their children's daily lives.

The "Great Race" is a wonderful book about the Chinese Zodiac, "Child's Book of Faeries"-we love faeries-they are so mystical and the Barefoot Book of Blessings is a must have for any family-a nice look at the beliefs of people around the world. Our kids will both be adopted (internationally) and all of these Whole World Book and Whole World Playground books will be perfect to help encourage them to explore the world with open minds. I am also a vegetarian and the Herb the Vegetarian book looks like a way to make it fun for our kids to learn about.

My little boy loves to exercise with me so we love the yoga books. I love in general that these books make learning fun!! They bring to life things that are hard to explain such a where people live (our world puzzle)and things like adoption etc. Our family loves to read and we are always trying to teach our children about the world around us.
