The tracking for preparing for the well baby doctor visits. I love this product because it feeds my electronica addiction! By Kate, at 6/11/2007 6:11 AM I love this product because it helps me feel not so bad about my anal retentive tendancies. Finally a product to help me be a control freak! , atI love the easy to use buttons. When you are trying to nap, and then the baby wakes up seemingly too early, you can check to see how long it actually was. By lace, at 6/11/2007 8:23 AM I love the feature that tracks feeding-that's always the part that I lose track of!! Seems like a great product-how inventive! By bethany, at 6/11/2007 9:35 AM Such a clever and discreet product!! I could have really used this with my first child when I neurotically recorded every detail of her tiny existence. This would make a fantastic gift to my best friend who I am sure will be watching the clock like mad when her baby comes!!! I really hope I win it! By Brooke, at 6/11/2007 10:09 AM I love this product! I spent weeks perfecting my tracking system via paper - excel, charts, you name it. As we are trying for #2 I can easily add this to my list of must have products. , atThis would definitely be an improvement over the tiny notebook with chicken scratch writing I kept with our first baby. I'm pregnant with triplets and everyone says that scheduling is the key - this looks awesome! By lochan, at 6/11/2007 1:34 PM I love that it's portable. We tried the Trixie Tracker, and I just could not get to my computer to make the entries. Of course TT offers really cool graphs of the data over time. By melonkelli, at 6/11/2007 2:36 PM
Ooooooh, what a great idea. I love that you can just keep track of feedings! I am pregnant with child #3 and I never got it down to a science with the other two. It was always stressful trying to remember. By Jack-on-the-Lake, at 6/11/2007 5:20 PM How cool!! Maybe with the next one (i'm not preggars..yet) I can use it!! , attriplets ichan!!! you need to win all 3 :) By mod*mom, at 6/11/2007 6:27 PM OMG!! This is one of those "why didn't i think of that?" moments. I love the entire thing, but have a special feeling for the nursing reminder button; the one that says left or right. I'm preggers for #2 right now and still have not found the heart to get rid of the notebook with all baby #1's feedings, changings, naps, breast schedule, and so on. By anavarre1331, at 6/11/2007 6:32 PM timer for medications is so important with a sickie especially when you are handing off a child to a parent, when you heading out the door to work and he is less medically skilled then you. all the features are great though. OMG what a great idea! I love it all! Why didn't I think of this? LOL There are times when an itzbeen would be incredibly useful, especially for keeping track of feedings and medicine. Terrific! By Emily, at 6/12/2007 1:20 PM Tracking naps will be my favorite feature, but I won't torture myself with that at first. I'll focus on length of time between nursings. Baby #2 due in four weeks. The sleep/awake feature - to make sure the little one gets enough naps so he won't be cranky at night. By Tao Master, at 6/13/2007 6:40 AM This comment has been removed by the author. By tami, at 6/13/2007 7:24 AM I love the backlight feature. I'm always so groggy in the middle of the night and this would totally help. This is such a great invention! By Meagan, at 6/13/2007 1:48 PM I just love the whole idea. Hey, I'm 7 mos in and still sleep deprived - my tot is teething and wakes every 1-2 hrs at night. Yikes! Today, as I dashed out the door, my hubby asked what time P-chan slept and ate last. Boy, it took 5 whole minutes for me to remember! Plus, with the teeth, I've got to track Tylenol now. So, I really love the food/medicine/sleep tracking functions. Plus, I love that I don't have to print out all those charts we used when we first came home with her and save some trees! Way to go green! By HilaryS, at 6/13/2007 4:23 PM
The feeding tracker sounds excellent, especially since I'll be nursing and it got so confusing with my notebook. The feature I would find most useful would be the timers. When things get crazy, this device can be a great reminder tool. , atI like the timer from the last feeding. I can never remember. It's a good idea because those first few months you are so sleep-deprived you can't remember anything. Maybe with this I wouldn't stare blankly at the Dr. when they ask how often my baby eats, poops, sleeps. By Jules, at 6/14/2007 5:59 AM wow! By adrienne, at 6/14/2007 6:12 AM I love that this is so portable. You can take it with you on trips, to the park, etc and never miss a feeding or nap! By Susan, at 6/14/2007 6:50 AM at 4 a.m. I never could remember which side I had nursed the baby on last. That feature is awesome! By CKW, at 6/14/2007 10:06 AM Awesome baby shower gift! , atThis comment has been removed by the author. By Eliza, at 6/14/2007 2:27 PM
I'm pregnant with my 1st right now and have been reading What to Expect in the First Year. I never knew anything about breastfeeding, so I'd have to say that the itzbeen's nursing reminder (helps you remember which side baby nursed from last) is my favorite feature - better than the safety pin idea the book suggests. I think this is a great product - I'm terrible at remembering things, so this would get me through the tough times in the beginning. By Jennyology, at 6/14/2007 6:40 PM
What a great idea. I love that it's got separate timers for sleep, diapers, and nursing, and shows them all in context. By Christopher Pickslay, at 6/15/2007 1:32 PM
Oy! I love that it reminds you what side you started nursing on last. At three AM it's just too hard to remember!
I would have KILLED for something like this with our last baby! I'm the one who gets up and changes the baby and brings him to my wife. This would be so helpful and a great father's day gift for me! |
