Mahar Drygoods has so many cool things that it's impossible to choose a favourite - I like the play foods, the bull moose marionette, the journals and colouring books... Mahar -- Castle building blocks & all the handmade things. They inspire me to create. I love that Mahar sells those Jen Corace prints because she is so, so amazing. oooh, I have to pick only one thing?! If you are forcing me- with hands behind my back I guess I will say that the Sweet Jessie Bookplates at Mahar are my favorite. It's incredibly hard to choose just one item, but I love the sock monkey necklace and on from Mahar and my favorite thing so far on Jr. Society has been the deer coatracks. Monster Garden Kit at Mayhar. Jen Corace's illustrations are what I love at Mahar's - such simplicity and beauty with delicate lines. I really liked the paper cutouts at Junior Society - I'm sure I know someone who looks like the 'old man of the jungle'! The elephant on the the tightrope sillouette reminded me of a song my girls would sing " Ten grey elephants balancing on a string" nice memories! , atI love the fun soapsicles by Soapy Love! , at |
