 breast cancer chemo damaged my heart + gave me heart failure"a disorder in which the heart pumps blood inadequately, leading to reduced blood flow, back-up (congestion) of blood in the veins + lungs, + other changes that may further weaken the heart." i'm seeing a cardiologist tomorrow. last year my heart was so weak i had a radioactive heart scan every 4 weeks + feared i'd need a heart transplant, but wouldn't qualify because i had aggressive cancer. i'm lucky that my heart is getting stronger, but a lot of people need a heart donation. if you want to learn about heart donation, here's a website by ~mod*mom~ at 14.2.07 © 8 Comments:That's interesting.
