 90 kW Tesla Supercharger stations deliver 4.5 times more electricity to an electric car battery than Twin Chargers.

 efficiently charge quickly + free when you’re out on the freeway:
"The electricity used by the Supercharger comes from a solar carport system provided by SolarCity, which results in almost zero marginal energy cost after installation. Combining these two factors, Tesla is able to provide Model S owners free long distance travel indefinitely."

Superchargers are located at places you stop: roadside restaurants, rest stops, + shopping centers. pull in, plug in + Model S is ready when you are:

 this looks really exciting for Halloween + my interest in Nikola Tesla + electricity:

halloween horror story: "the look & the cook"
Re-animated humans love genetically modified organisms made by robots 

 i toured the haunted frito lay factory in the central valley of california....
the invitation came in an email, i was very intrigued + rsvp'd YES.
a black limousine picked me + mod*tot up + drove us 3 hours east.
we arrived at a deserted rural town next to fields + rail road tracks.
tumble weeds rolled down the streets...

 the enormous factory sat back from the gated road on a long driveway.
we were greeted by a smiling pr person. the driver said he'd wait outside.
the pr person took us into a room full of frito lay executives from across the US.
they offered us soda + snacks (we don't drink soda, we avoid salty-sugary chips).
they each gave us a slide-show talk about the merits of their patented potato + "green" efficient "local" factories spread across the Americas + other countries.

 they own every part of their product process from the patented GMO seeds, to the fields where they're grown, the train tracks + trucks that bring the potatoes + corn to their factories to be processed by their automated processing line. i asked whether their patented potato was more nutritious, but the answer was: "NO, it's the look & the cook".
a shiver ran up my spine. i looked at the executives, they smiled proudly.
a woman explained their patented potatoes withstand high temperature cooking without brown spots, so they cook consistently + look good in the bag.

 when it was time to tour the factory. mod*tot was not allowed to go with us.
they are so secretive, they only let a few people per year tour the factory.
i put on my hair net + gloves + followed the tour leader. the executives followed me.
we went through a hall lined with windows + into an enormous mostly empty space with a ceiling about a hundred feet high. we went to a window. a train pulled up to a conveyor belt + up rolled potatoes into the building, first into a washing machine, then a slicer, then the cooker, + the salt tumbler. the potato chip conveyor belt passed them through a wall, they fell into bags, where robotic arms sealed the bags + stuffed them in boxes + taped up the boxes: creepy (a picture of arnold schwarzenegger on the wall from his tour)

 then i was led to the roof: it was covered with................     Solyndra solar cylinders!
i was sent home with big bags of sun chips: i retained water + bloated!

dancing with the all-stars :: go uncle apolo!
i'm so excited to watch apolo + his partner karina dance! i'm pretty sure they're going to win the disco ball! we love apolo + his father yuki + we're so excited for them.  i loved watching apolo race short track as a teenager even though my husband was competing with him. you have to love apolo, he's a wonderful guy + works hard. he's very talented + funny too. we're just so excited for him + enjoying every minute we can see him on tv! you can see him dancing here. we're cheering for you apolo!
