"Food is our most powerful medicine" says my health hero "qualitarian" Doctor Hyman.
"what we put on our forks is more powerful than any drug i can prescribe for health."
"calories are not all equal to human body chemistry. sugar calories cause diabetes, obesity, diseases, + malnutrition, as opposed to calories from whole nutritious real food that nourish cells, prevent + reverse obesity + diseases, including diabetes."
"fat is not bad. good fats are necessary + do not make us fat. excess sugar makes fat. don't restrict calories. eat a lot of nutritious anti-inflammatory foods + spices."
