I was considering ordering one of these. My 20 month old doesn't like his highchair and wants to use our chairs instead, only he has to stand to reach the table. I was also considering booster seats, but winning would make my decision much easier!
ReplyDeleteat first i was like what is that??? I looked at the link and AHHHHH that makes so much since! Love it and will need it soon with my 9 month old!
ReplyDeletediskoash@yahoo.com
I have a 10month old as well as a 2 year old, 3 year old and a 5 year old (as of tomorrow) that either sits in a high chair or a booster seat. This would make it so much nicer for them to be able to sit in a normal chair (well not the baby of course) and be at the proper level for the table at meal time.
ReplyDeleteI was just noticing at dinner tonight that my son still needs his booster, but being as he won't sit still, I can't imagine going back to it. Little did I know I'd find the solution here in the kaboost!
ReplyDeleteThanks, mod*mom (and, of course, kaboost, too)!
Small kitchen, no room for highchair - would love one of these. And it looks much more portable than a bulky booster seat. Please add me to the draw - cerevisiae{{at}}gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI love that, unlike a booster chair, the child can reach the table and you don't have to disassemble it to get all the food and beverage cleaned up each time or find cemented food under the seat when you decide you need the chair for company, lol.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like the kaboost would be really great to take to restaurants, wouldn't it? You wouldn't have to mess with dirty high chairs or bringing your own booster seat/feeding contraption. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteOh, this would be awesome for visiting friends and family.
ReplyDeletetaureau AT yahoo DOT com
I like the portability of it :) Being able to take it anywhere and not have to worry about having a suitable place for the kids to sit! :)
ReplyDeleteanastasia_falling@yahoo.com
I love this b/c it combines the best of about three worlds - practicality, beautiful design, and organizational benefits since it can easily be tucked away. My son would love being in a big boy chair!!
ReplyDeletejulieahudson[at]hotmail[dot]com
This would be great to turn a regular chair into one a toddler can sit in! My 15 month old is good at sitting in chairs but needs his booster to reach the table. This product would let him be a big kid like he wants.
ReplyDeleteI love that I could keep all my chairs around the table. The color really fits in with our decor as well.
ReplyDeleteMy two year old doesn't like her booster any longer but she is not tall enough to sit in a big chair. this would be great!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. This would save space and not add clutter to our kitchen/dining area plus our daughter would be in her very own big girl chair just like mom and dad.
ReplyDeletemellie.laconte@gmail.com
Wow, what a great idea! I loved it since it can be used with ease on any type of chair.
ReplyDeleteThe other plus is that it holds lots of weight, which is really good for older kids that still do not reach the table easily on an "adult's chair" but are too big for boosters.
The fact that it is collapsable also helps with transportation... I suppose it can be taken to grandma's house without much hassle.

What a clever idea - one of those things that makes you slap your forehead because you wish you would have thought of it and then actually done something about that thought!
ReplyDeleteI love this booster! It looks easy to use and it seems like it is very sturdy. It would be great for my son to feel like a big kid when he eats dinner with me and my husband! This would be great in our small dining room too, since it doesn't seem to take up much space.
ReplyDeleteamygay@gmail.com
This is a really neat idea!! I love the fact that it collapses and that it also has two adjustable heights, and that it allows your child to sit on a normal chair! My one year old would love this in a few months!! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. My three year old would love this so much more than his booster seat.
ReplyDeleteholly.ladybug@gmail.com
What a fun gadget - it would come in handy for use when we have guests with kids and don't have an extra highchair or booster. I love the fact that it works with all kinds of different chairs.
ReplyDeletemiranda@msdecor.com
I like that you don't have to have a different chair for the little ones. They get to sit in the same chairs as the big people.
ReplyDeleteMy little guy keeps falling out of booster seats, trying to get closer to the table. What a great idea! Wish I had thought of this...
ReplyDeleteVery cool idea and sleek design!
ReplyDeleteDesperately need this for my kids. Its perfect, since they want to be just like mommy and daddy on a big chair!
ReplyDeleteknepp.blogspot.com
It's functional, compact, reasonably-priced, and nice-looking!
ReplyDeleteroetama at yahoo dot com
I like that it actually raises the chair. My daugher is 19 months old and fights me when i try to get her to stay in her highchair. shes too small to sit it a big chair and reach, but too squirmy to sit on a pot or phonebook to give her hight. This is perfect!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea, instead of a bulky high chair!
ReplyDeletewww.parentingourchildren.com
My 2 and a half year old nephew just left after he and my sister visited for a week. This think would definitely have worked better than the phone book booster we had to use. But after that experience, I think the Kaboost would work better for kids who are more well-behaved, and less squirmy, at the table than was my nephew. I'm just hoping that I win the Kaboost and my now 5-month-old daughter is that well-behaved child.
ReplyDeleteI like the fact that you can use your own chair!
ReplyDeletejasonncaryn@yahoo.com
It's very reasonably priced considering what a highchair costs
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting.

ReplyDeleteThis would be better for me since I already have to carry the diaper bag the snacks her toys and that can get a bit heavy but in addition I would love to get this because that way I dont have to take out the car's booster seat instead I'll have my handy Kaboost to boost my happyness!!!and my baby will feel like an adult being able to seat in a normal chair!!
ReplyDeletenot the baby one LOL tusanotte-leon@hotmail.com
I LOVE THAT IT MAKES THE CHAIR MORE STABLE, LESS WORRY OVER TIPPING CHAIRS!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great product! I like how portable it is and now I can say goodbye to the messy booster!
ReplyDeleteybright@hotmail.com
Looks like it can be schlepped around pretty easily!
ReplyDeletei have a small kitchen, so no where for a highchair + booster seats make me nervous that my little man will scoot and fall off the chair, this is my answer!
ReplyDeleteholy cow! this rocks! I love the fact that my child can sit like everyone else!!! too cool!!! love the neon green color too!
ReplyDeletesorry! my blog is www.scrapyoga.typepad.com
ReplyDeleteWhat a crazy, neat idea! Who woulda thought - raise the chair, not the kid. I love it! No sloppy gooky crumbs under the booster seat - awesome! I wonder if it'll work well on carpeted floors? (that Q is not listed on their FAQ's... off to write them!)
ReplyDeleteNeed this for grandkids. Looks great + stores when not used.
ReplyDeletespeedskating@mac dot com
That is so stinkin' clever!
ReplyDeleteWhen I can, I stack chairs to make them higher (when high chairs are unavailable.) This is just a really ingenious idea though! Very cool.
I think it would be best to take when visiting family and friends. Wouldn't have to worry about where to sit.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea!! Thanks so much.
ReplyDeletethis is very modern and cute and makes your kids feel like there grownup by sitting like the big people
ReplyDeleteI love that you can use your own chairs and the child is right in the mix with the whole family.
ReplyDeleteah with a new baby this would come in handy
ReplyDeleteI like the fact that it is compact and can be stowed away. The other benefit is that you don't have to invest in expensive baby furniture, you can use existing furniture.
ReplyDeleteI have a niece with two small ones. She would love to have this product!
ReplyDeleteI have a 4 year old who hates his booster but needs it. He would love it!
ReplyDeleteI love it! What a great idea!
ReplyDeletejuliesweeps[at]hotmail.com
This would be great for my cousin! And it takes up hardly any space when folded! iluvu2x4@aol.com
ReplyDeleteI love that it's not permanent, that it's not difficult and that it's portable. I posted about it on my blog, as soon as I read about it here. My readers will go ape for it! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea - it's so portable that you can take it ANYWHERE !!

ReplyDeleteThis would be perfect for us when my sister comes visiting with her little guy, the expense of a high chair for the few times he is here, and not having her need to lug the bulky high chair along with her, cool idea!
ReplyDeletesweepstakes [at] sio.midco.net
I love this idea!! You don't have those ugly booster seats to clean and all the chairs look uniform.
ReplyDeleteI love the color!!! Genious!
ReplyDeleteseehankrun@yahoo.com
I don't know if there are more kids than "normal" but the past few times we've gone out to eat, all the high chairs are taken. We end up waiting for the next high chair vs. the next table. It would be great to not have to wait!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nifty idea. You bring a whole lotta sunshine to all of us. I love your blog.
ReplyDeleteEven without all these giveaways.
I have been checking it regularly for a year or so.
Thanks
Great idea for "lifting" our children into our line of sight and the proper height for eating. I would love to have one for my son.
ReplyDeleteThat's the neatest thing. I bought a wooden highchair that turns into a chair for my first little boy and I need to buy a second one for my new one, but this would be so much better! I love how I can use a regular chair!
ReplyDeleteThis is really clever! Our house/dining room is quite small (small is good though!) so we've purchased a chair that attaches to the table rather than buying a highchair that would take up additional floor space. The downside of course, is that our daughter will quickly grow beyond her "hoverchair" and I wasn't looking forward to purchasing a booster because it's just 15 more crevices to clean and there's always the possibility that it could topple off of the chair it's attached to. The Kaboost is great because we can simply modify one of our existing dining room chairs and she'll be good to go! Thanks for featuring it on your blog!
ReplyDeletegreat idea. we could use one!!
ReplyDeleteI love how you don't have to mess with booster seats.
ReplyDeleteThis is great!
ReplyDeleteWOW!! I love that it comes in 3 colors!! the green will go great w/ grandmas house! she babysits for me in her handicap apartment and can not store a highchair. This will stay attached to the 1 of her 2 chairs and will still leave room for grandma to wheel up and for me to sit@ the table too!! I have got to get the chocolate for our house! amber.copas@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteWith 6 grandchildren, we are using everything we can find to get the kids the right height to the table during get togethers. What a bright idea. Wish I had thought of it!
ReplyDeletetravl2go@yahoo.com

What a cool idea! It is so simple and practical and the perfect thing to make the little ones feel "big"
ReplyDeletehi.grandma@verizon.net

This looks like a very useful product. I would love to give it a try with my daughter.
ReplyDeletehaving just had to buy a booster seat for my 17 month old DGS, I think this is an awesome idea... looks very stable... and would work quite well for any chair. I'd prefer not to have a booster seat in our chair all the time, since he's only here infrequently... this would allow me to make it one for him easily without having fuss with straps.
ReplyDeletekgholderman at gmail
My ten month old already wants to sit in our chairs (and can do so with very good balance), but of course she's not tall enough to do so. But she could with the Kaboost! What an awesome idea!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I like that your child can sit at the table with you without the regular booster that can slid all over the chair. This seems much safer.
ReplyDeleteThis is so effing cool!
ReplyDeleteNot only is that my favorite color, but it would have been so nice to have this rather than to have had an amish dude make Snowflake the highchair I designed for him. I could have had a funky chair with the cool green super boost!
I like that it boosts kids up to the table using without having to use a different chair. How easy is it to take on and off for when older people need to use the chair?
ReplyDeletegrams-kelley [at] sbcglobal [dot]net
The backs on my dinning room chairs are really high, and the other booster seat/chairs I have looked at will not work with them. This would be the perfect solution for us to move my 2 year old out of the highchair so my 6 month old can use it.
ReplyDeleteGen F
cgennifer (at) hotmail (dot) com
This has to be one of the coolest things I have seen in a long time! I can store it easily between visits from our granddaughter.
ReplyDeleteHAhA! Who needs this for their kids?? I NEED THIS FOR ME! My feet dont touch the ground as it is when I sit in a normal chair. Then again Im not much taller than most kindergardners... Soo cute.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean I can finally get rid of the hideous plastic booster that is as uncomfortable as it is ugly? Awesome.
ReplyDeleteWhat I like about Kaboost:
ReplyDelete1. Lightweight, collapsible and portable.
2. Allows a toddler/child to feel like a big kid by sitting on a chair and not a "baby booster."
3. Appears to be slip proof unlike a regular booster placed on top of a seat w/o straps.
4. Allows independence to the child by allowing easier access to get in and out of a chair compared to a child climbing up onto a chair, standing on the chair to sit down on the booster.
5. Height adjustable.
6. No more crumbs to clean up in a booster seat, just vacuum or sweep the floors.

I love this because my current seat falls off. I wouldn't have to worry about my daughter falling anymore, plus it would be sooooo easy to move from chair to chair. What a good idea!
ReplyDeleteThis is great! My 2 year old would get great use of this to help him sit higher at the "big" table. I would also use it for my baby. Thanks!
ReplyDeletehttp://sassyfrazz.blogspot.com
How cool is that? With three under five, we could definitely use one (or more!) I'd love to win it!
ReplyDeleteblog.myspace.com/smellyann76
Hmmm....this is an intriguing idea. I am thinking it would work well for Grandma's house. Its easier than lugging a booster chair, quick to set up and takes up the same space at the table as a regular chair. Cool idea.
ReplyDeletePretty neat. I wouldn't have to worry about Alex falling off his booster seat! hide9323@sbcglobal.net
ReplyDeleteI dont think I entered my email when I comented earlier
ReplyDeletesurlydesigns@sbcglobal.net
I like that it's portable and compact! Very cool and it's light weight!
ReplyDeletepurposedrivenlife4you [at]gmail.com
This would be perfect for my granddaughters who uses a stool to sit on at the table. I like that it folds up to put away.
ReplyDeletekelley_circus at sbcglobal dot net
It looks like it would be a real useful tool. Safer than a booster seat. Also, nice and compact for our small apartment.
ReplyDeleteThis is such an awsome idea. What a better way to boost my three year old at the dinner table. Our table has a lip under it and a regular booster dose not work. So this would totaly solve the problem.
ReplyDeleteCompact, Collapsible and Cool-looking. Nice for my niece!!
ReplyDeleteThis is genius!! I always get frustrated with phone books and stuff. This is great. Plus I LOVE that it won't scratch the floors! With kids in and out of the chairs all the time, this will keep the floor safe too
ReplyDeleteI have a grandson who is 20 months old. I have been watching him 2 - 3 days a week (& of course, some weekends too!) since he's been about 3 months old. I've tried to get all the stuff he's needed but he doesn't want to sit in the high chair anymore! The KABOOST looks like the answer to my problem. And it won't take up any more room! He can sit with Nonni & Poppi and see everything too! I have oak chairs with seat cushions and he already likes sitting in them! Thanks for a great idea! (Nonni) Mary Gabriele
ReplyDeleteI love this idea because my grandkids hate sitting on books and this is so cool.
ReplyDeleteLime green wouldn't be my first choice in colors. Maybe if it came in white so that it matched my chairs? That said, I think it looks like a great idea.
ReplyDeleteBaby Bear has hit the age where he wants to be big and so he prefers a "real chair" to his Svan chair these days. This would certainly help get him up to a better height.
This is so convienent! It would make my son feel like a big boy and be able to sit in a big boy chair. What a great idea!
ReplyDeletewow, i just think the design is gorgeous! my guy hates his high chair -- one we got from a family member, and he just starting using it! i think he'd love to sit in one of our regular chairs as soon as he's ready!
ReplyDeletejfr9@columbia.edu
What a fabulous idea! Can't wait to buy it if I don't win it...
ReplyDeletei love that it fits various types of chairs. how cool!
ReplyDeleteI m very intrigued by this. I'd love to try it out!
ReplyDeleteGreat, Great, Great!
ReplyDeletelustman02@insightbb.com
Very cool... I'm interested in trying it out!
ReplyDeletelacey_dusch@yahoo.com
I was looking at these thinking why on earth would anybody want one of those??? The I checked out the site and saw what it was all about! What a great idea, my 2yr old hates her other booster chair, and when we go to restaurants she won't have anything to do with highchairs! This Kaboost booster is awesome, I'm sure it would be just the thing my daughter WOULD be happy with using, she would be just like a big kid :) LOVE IT AND WANT TO WIN IT!!!!
ReplyDeleteI think it is a great idea. What a way to make kids feel like their are big boys and girls. No more booster seat with lots of gunk to clean up!

ReplyDeleteVery Nice

This is a great idea-especially for those kids (like mine) who are not big fans of their high chair!
ReplyDeleteGrandma to 3 - 5, 3 & 1 1/2, all of whom think they are BIG. Great ideas (and little ego-boosters)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait until my 7 week old can use this. He will be a big boy soon!
ReplyDeleteI want one to impress my friends and family.
ReplyDeleteIt is before midnight here. Is it b4 midnight there? My toddler would love this. Great innovative idea.
ReplyDeleteI love how small, easy and portable it is. It also seems like it will fit most any chair.
ReplyDeletePick me!!
This morning, I was watching on tv a version of Goldilocks + 3 bears, and I noticed that the littlest chair was elevated to table height on a pedestal. Which got me thinking... what if there was something like that. Let's say, a huge moulded plastic thing which could safely carry and balance a chair. And then I went to change my 18 month boy's nappy forgot all about it my great brainwave... till just now. Yes, I know that it's past the reckoning hour, but I really think this is meant to be. In any case, thanks for your blog, always fascinating. Achamma
ReplyDeleteachamma@gmx.ch
What a fabulous idea, my 10 month old would love this in the coming months, it looks so simple but practical.
ReplyDeletestephmd222@hotmail.com
This would be fabulous for my 3 yr old who does well on a regular chair, but still needs a booster. Love the colors - especially the lime.

Neato! This seems easier to travel with than a bulky clip-on-the-table seat. Also looks very cool and high-tech...that's important. :D
